Jil Sander S/S '11

I can't believe I haven't had a little rant about the Jil Sander collection yet. So much so that I had to go back through the archives a bit to make sure I hadn't. Cannot get over this collection. Absolute favorite of the season I think, love the colourblocking (ooh, buzzword), the jackets layered over more jackets and the occasional pop of print. And the stripes! So good. Very excited to start wearing long neon skirts with white t-shirts and loads of jackets once the weather cheers up a bit..

I just about resisted putting up the entire collection, but please please go and have a flick through the whole thing over here at Style.com.

WHISTLES S/S '11

Whistles is the most intelligent upper-end high street brand out there at the moment (no offence Reiss). It's attainable luxury at it's finest; it's not cheap, but just about affordable if you go without the odd pack of cigarettes for about a month. I'd love one of their silk blouses for every day of the week, and maybe some cashmere for weekends. Oh, and a jacket. And several pairs of well-cut trousers... I need to cut out smoking entirely, apparently.

ES x CKC

Emma Stone looking exceptionally well at the Golden Globes in Calvin Klein Collection. The my-dress-nearly-matches-my-skin thing shouldn't work, but it just does.

PARIS, October '10

I found my camera cable! Photo set from my Paris visit back in October; I was on the Pont des Arts at exactly the right time.

EVERYBODY KNOWS

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the black/tan combo Kanye is sporting at 3.15?

I want to have the whole thing for myself. Excellent hat, Kanye, really great. I also like the casual way you're sporting that lady's head. Do you like Barbie Nicki or Crazy Nicki? I feel like my love for Minaj warrants a solo post, but the massive heels are worth a mention. Very good.

Also, heya Rick Ross! A bit superfluous to needs here, eh?

Now we'll be clean and bright eyed and smell nice all the time.

I love January.
Obviously not the first two days of January, which I spent in the worst hangover black hole of my life. Difficult. BUT I do like the idea of a clean slate and a chance to do a big detox and be a better human all round..
